Deposit:
A non refundable and non transferable deposit of one nights bed and breakfast will be taken to confirm your booking.

Cancellation:
In the event of longer stays you may be charged in full unless we are able to re-let the room. For this reason we advise that you consider holiday insurance which will help to protect you should you have to cancel unexpectedly.

Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of arrival it is regretted that rooms will not be available until 3pm.....If you arrive in town earlier you are welcome to leave your luggage until your room is ready.....On your day of departure check out time is 10am.

All major Credit and Debit Cards Cards or Cash (no additional charge is made for payment by card). Sorry No Cheques.
